It would seem that F&I product sales and profits on the drive are for the chosen few.  Not true at all!  It’s just that so little effort and process dedicated to capture this plus gross is committed that nothing happens.  Do your Dealers offer Prepaid Maintenance through service staff?  Offer Paintless Dent Repair to arrivals with fresh dings?  Scan nice wheels that have been scraped for refurbishing?  It all comes down to a systematic process called a “Service Menu”.  You will want to start today.
