This session was crafted to address retail compliance issues at its core. State and Federal regulations begin to apply on the sales floor shortly after the prospective guest arrives and rapidly grows hair as the uninformed desking staff does their thing. Many Desk Managers are untrained and never worked as an F&I Manager. It’s 2021 and we have to fix the problem. It will enhance F&I results in the process
