The COVID-19 pandemic necessitated changes to how the automotive industry did business.  One change was the widespread adoption of Zoom-type meetings and online training.  As the pandemic recedes, those tools – especially online training – will continue to be part of the retail automotive landscape.  This presentation will bring agents up to speed on what online training platforms can do for their dealership clients and allow agents to become a reliable source of information and guidance on this expanding value proposition.
