Chris "KC" Hwang is the Vice President of Reinsurance and Operations with 17 years of retail, training, and TPA experience. He started in the Automotive Industry as a salesperson at a large Toyota dealership in the Twin Cities market before being promoted to a Finance Manager. He has also held the roles of Finance Director and General Sales Manager, in Connecticut, San Diego, and Milwaukee. In 2014, Hwang left the retail side of the automotive industry to work with the JM&A Group and held the roles of F&I Specialist, District Manager (Minnesota/Iowa/North Dakota), Sr. District Manager (Orange County/Los Angeles County), liaison to a large OEM, and Region Manager (Southern California, Nevada, Hawaii). He is a graduate of Grinnell College with a B.A. in Economics and is currently pursuing his M.B.A. in Organizational Management from Florida Atlantic University.
