“The lines between F&I and Sales are not as defined as they once were. Sales Managers and even some BDC Managers are engaged in functions that traditionally have been the responsibility of F&I. As agents and agent representatives this is an opportunity for us to pull back the curtain on F&I for all stakeholders and give everyone involved in the deal a better foundation in compliance, cross function communication and deal structure.”
