Rob Hefner is the President and CEO of Rider’s Advantage and a Partner at Capital Administrative Professionals. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and is a military veteran. Hefner has 28+ years of industry related experience, to include 20+ years as a General Agent. He began working with his first powersports dealership in 2003 and never looked back. Hefner has spent several years in powersports and has established this industry as his core competency. He is happily married and has three sons who are 26, 24, and 16, as well as two grandsons.
