Event Policies

Admittance Policy
All attendees will be required to provide a photo ID on-site for badge pick-up.

By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you and colleagues you register regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on Agent Summit and/or updates and promotional material from our sponsors. Full payment is required. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, please register only once. This is a private event not open to the public. No one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend the sessions or exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy PLEASE READ!
Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to show management approval. Requests must be made in writing and received by Agent Summit, c/o Bobit, PO Box 2703, Torrance, CA 90509-2703, Email: BobitEventRegistration@bobit.com, no later than January 31, 2026. A $100 fee will be applied. Refund requests received after January 31, 2025 will not qualify for a refund.

After January 31, 2026, only those cancellations accompanied by a doctor's note stating a medical condition prevents you from attending may be rolled into the 2027 event or transferred to a colleague from the same company. No exceptions will be made for non-medical cancellations.

Health & Safety Protocols
Your health and safety is our #1 priority. All food and beverage vendors will adhere to the guidelines of the venue to provide the highest standard food safety. Your privacy is of the utmost priority, and we will adhere to privacy regulations. All event participants are expected to follow the protocols as described. Masks are optional for attendees. Participants are encouraged to maintain a high level of personal hygiene through the availability of hand washing stations. We kindly request any participants that are feeling unwell to stay home or in their hotel room.

Personal Information Usage Statement/Consent
By filling out this form you consent to Bobit Business Media’s Privacy Policy and to receive offers, newsletters, and other promotional communications from Bobit Business Media and its trusted partners. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also consent to Bobit Business Media sharing your contact information with the sponsor(s) of this Event so they can contact you directly concerning their product(s).

Code of Conduct
Agent Summit is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, collaborative and productive environment for all event participants.

Agent Summit has a zero-tolerance harassment policy and discrimination based on gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity or religion will not be tolerated. Examples of harassment include offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.

Participants violating these rules and expectations will be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers. Physical violence will result in lifetime banishment from Agent Summit/Bobit Business Media events regardless of fault.

Photo & Video Release
By attending Agent Summit you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to Agent Summit. You also authorize Agent Summit to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising, and Web content.
